British customizers Kahn Design have released photos and details of their latest project, a short wheelbase Land Rover Defender Pick Up finished in pale Keswick Green and bright yellow.
Knowing that the current LR Defender is not going to be around for much longer makes every encounter we have that little bit more special. But the truck is also special for the way it’s been customized.
Like one of those Japanese street racers, the 4×4 received a widebody kit that’s riveted onto the existing panels. Kahn have also installed their custom X-Lander grille, fender vent mesh and a stainless steel hood with a big bulge on top of it.
The vehicle rides on new 1939 Defend Retro Dish wheels that have been painted in bright yellow, along with the steel protective plate at the front. This is in stark contrast to the overall paintjob, done in a traditional Keswick Green tone that Defenders are well known for.
