The start of the 2015 F1 championship is approaching. Now is the time for a top 5 list of teams to keep an eye on during the months to come.
Of course, each team is worthy of interest. Sauber seems to be back on the right track, as is Lotus. Toro Rosso has a very young (too young?) driver line-up. Force India hopes to regain some ground after a few Grands Prix. The expected return of Manor Marussia will not be easy, but everyone is rooting for them.
At the front of the pack, top teams will be fiercely competing. Ten drivers will regularly battle for a place on the podium, but of course, only three will attain that goal at the conclusion of each race. Predicting the future is always difficult, but here is an overview of current trends.

The internal restructuring going on at Williams, which began in 2013, bore fruit in 2014. As podium finishes accumulated, Valtteri Bottas revealed his potential while Felipe Massa’s confidence returned. The objective is to win races in 2015, with the Mercedes power unit giving a helping hand. Good fights against Ferrari, Red Bull, and maybe even Mercedes could be on the menu, all for our greater pleasure.
